Does Denver Video Services share my information with any 3rd party? 

At Denver Video Services we never share your private information with third party vendors. The only additional service we use is a secure third party payment processor known as wave.com, we use wave for invoices and customer management.

Photo and Video Ownership 

One question we get asked a lot is who owns the final videos and photos we produce? In almost all cases you the customer own the final rights to all photos and videos we deliver. There are two excpetions to this ownership, if your video includes thrid party music (music not created by the customer, or created for the customer) then there are licensing terms and usage restrictions that will be outlined in your project invoice. In addition, all photos and videos captured will be used by Denver Video Services, LLC and any affiliated companies owned by or opperated by the owners of Denver Video Services, LLC for marketing purposes only. Marketing will occure via any of the properties, website, social media or print owned by the principle of Denver Video Services, LLC. Customers can always ask that we not use their photos or videos for marketing purpose via email.
